Progress reports 09/12/2008

The boys got their progress reports this week.  They are both doing fantastic!  Ethan needs some help with his writing skills (or lack of I should say) but otherwise is excelling in all other areas.   Noah is still an academic star!  He has straight A's and is doing just awesome.  He of course feels he should be monetarily compensated, but I'm not so sure.  Should he be compensated for something that is expected of him?  Or should we show him how proud we are of him by not just praising his hard work but by giving him some cashola so he can save up for a new Lego set?  Kinda on the fence with that one.

Should he be compensated for doing what is expected of him ? Hmm....Would there be consequenses if he got bad grades? What does the Bible say? ...God says do what is right and God will be pleased, do what is wrong and it will be costly. In other words you reap what you sew. Over compensation is not Good. But, Just compensation finds favor with God. And there is the the real question. Good luck mom and dad.

So I just did a random google search of my last name, and found fousel.com

I assume we are related in some way seeing as how we have the same last name, and it's a pretty rare name.
I am from Tulsa, OK originally, but live near Milwaukee Wisconsin now. My dad is Boyd Fousel, and my Grandparents are Dale and Charlene Fousel...ring any bells?
